Change the documentation to reflect new RDBNAM limit of 1024 bytes

DERBY-4805(Increase the length of the RDBNAM field in the DRDA implementation) has increased the RDBNAM length from 255 bytes to 1024 bytes. We need to change the documentation to reflect the new limit. This probably would touch same documentation pages as DERBY-4827.
